What to say about this guys!!! They are simply awesome..Professional and more customer oriented.We booked Kerala(Munnar and Alleppey) package in last week of Feb this year.Everything was on Mobile and email. It was the way of taking things professionally from Mr. Sharuk and ensuring trust is being built before we reach the destination. From the booking to departure everything was so easy and smooth without any stress.All the things were in place in advance no reminders, no regular follow up was required. "Dream Catcher resort" resort they provided was awesome the location was amazing.The houseboat provided at Alleppey was worth to money.Really thanks to guy who cooked food for us it was very tasty.. Last but not least for 4 days we were with one guy a 22 yrs old Driver Noufal (Desire 7565). What a amazing guy. It's very rare to see such calm and patience in today's youngsters.He took us to all possible places.No attitude, no rudeness no matter how long we make him to wait, or no excuses like its too far or road is not good etc..really amazing guy..If you book with this Travel Exotica I would recommend you ask this guy to take you around!!! It was easy communication with Jeeva to personalise the trip details. Sajith was polite, friendly, punctual, and got us to our destinations safely. The Leaf in Munnar is an awesome property with great views. Houseboat was a nice experience cruising in the sunset but can be kept cleaner. Ashok and chef were friendly and accommodating. Alleppey boat house is excellent. Availability of mini refrigerators with sufficient milk and some beers is recommended Cook and the driver are excellent and friendly. Rooms at KTDC Samudra arranged by Kerala Exotica also very good. Nice coordination from Jeeva and Shahrukh.. Thanks

We had a great time on our trip. The service was fantastic! We were on the house boat in the waters near allepey when we realized that we accidentally left our passports, money and some jewellery in a hotel safe in Thekkady. We of course panicked cos we were about a 5-hour drive away from Thekkady and we were on a boat. Jeeva came to the rescue beautifully as she managed to get one of the drivers to safely bring all these items to us by the time we were done with our overnight houseboat experience. The hotels, the drivers and the planning was done really well as well. Overall, 5 stars for Jeeva. :)

I have booked my trip through online and got good service. the trip was very good except the boat house.. The hotel accommodation was excellent. The exotica officials were very helpful especially Mr.Saifudheen service was so helpful even on our lost luggage..I have not met these people in person, still they proved their customer service on the phone. They promised that they will change the boat house contract and improve their service. My advice to the tourist to specify the best company's boat house and driver while booking the tour. No doubt they are flexible in action and service. Hope they continue the good customer service and improve their business..
