Overview

Athirapally, South Indias most beautiful waterfall nicknamed as Niagra of India. At a distance of few hours from Kochi is a best place to spend a day with your loved ones. It has always been a favorite spot for 
the movie Industry.Since 1973 its pictured in many Indian movies.Who will forget those beautiful Jiya Jale song from Dil se, it's also in Raavan movie,  and India's biggest motion film Baahubali. That very same place you will be visiting today. The beautiful Stone paved pathways with trees on both the side will lead you to the base of waterfall. Be prepared to get have some companions from the forest like Monkeys. The fall at over 80ft high in Chalakudy river. 

Vazhachal water falls in next 5km is another place to visit,There are many rare specious of birds in this area.
During monsoon season and soon after Charpa falls also active.
